After we made no wine in 2020 due to fires, we had to venture a bit further down the road to Napa Valley to find Cabernet Sauvignon that would lead us to Vivant.
We set out to produce a Cab that was more elegant and less extractrated than most California Cabs. This is a delicate wine that punches above its weight in terms of flavor and finish.
With its bouquet of ripe berries and a hint of spice, and a refreshing palate that bursts with fruit flavors and a subtle earthy undertone, Vivant is a unique and expressive wine that's sure to delight.
